Research Wing
Empirical study of consciousness through first-person reports, neuroscience methods, physiological monitoring, and collaboration with universities and independent scholars.
Seekers Abode Private Limited presents
A proposed international centre in Dehradun where contemplative practice, evidence-based healing, and rigorous consciousness research can meet in one living campus.
Vision
The centre is being established as a world-class destination for consciousness studies, holistic healing, and contemplative education. Its intention is to serve seekers, scholars, therapists, researchers, and leaders who wish to explore the deepest questions of mind, reality, healing, and human transformation.
The work will bring together neuroscience, philosophy of mind, psychology, yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, breathwork, sound-based practices, nature immersion, and carefully governed research into altered and exceptional states of consciousness.
Core pillars
Empirical study of consciousness through first-person reports, neuroscience methods, physiological monitoring, and collaboration with universities and independent scholars.
Future residential programmes focused on psychological resilience, emotional well-being, trauma-aware practices, and expanded awareness.
Certification courses, workshops, retreats, practitioner training, and learning circles for both professionals and sincere lay seekers.
Meditation halls, yoga spaces, sound healing rooms, nature trails, library, dining, accommodation, and quiet landscapes for reflective practice.
Why Dehradun
Dehradun offers a calm Himalayan foothill setting while remaining closely connected to Delhi, Rishikesh, Haridwar, and major transport routes. The site is close to Jolly Grant Airport and sits on a hill slope where the runway is visible from the land.
Proposed programmes
A residential introduction to theories of consciousness, meditation, self-inquiry, and research methods that respect both first-person and third-person evidence.
Five to seven-day retreats combining trauma-sensitive somatic practice, breathwork, nature therapy, group process, and psychospiritual counselling.
Scholarly residencies for collaborative work on consciousness theory, contemplative neuroscience, anomalous experience documentation, and publication-ready inquiry.
Consciousness-based leadership, emotional intelligence, and burnout recovery for founders, senior professionals, public leaders, and institutional teams.
All therapeutic, clinical, or altered-state offerings will be developed with appropriate experts and only within the legal and ethical frameworks applicable at the time of launch.
